+Who builds the invitation?
You do, in your own account, from a template — the words, the colours, the photos. It takes an evening. Edits after publishing are free and the link never changes.
+How do guests open it?
Through a link or a QR code, in any phone's browser. No app, no download, no account.
+How do I pay for a plan?
Online by GCash, Maya or card, or by hand to our GCash or bank account — then tell us the reference and we confirm within a working day. The page publishes once the plan is paid.
+How long is it live?
Each plan has a live period — three months to two years. Extend a year any time.
+Can my coordinator or my partner work on it too?
Yes. Invite people to your workspace, or share one event with somebody who sees only that event.
+How does payment from participants and guests work?
Through PayMongo into your own account, or by hand with your instructions; your desk confirms. For reservations, every payment gets a numbered receipt the guest can verify.
+Do you use my photos?
Only on your pages. Never in our own marketing without a written yes.
+Can I get help?
Yes — message us on Facebook or email us; we answer within a working day.
